The 2023 Cellier Saint Benoît Arbois Pupillin Courbes Raies Chardonnay is a stunning Jura Chardonnay from rising star Benjamin Benoît, sourced from limestone-rich vineyards in Pupillin, one of the region’s most prized terroirs. Fermented and aged in large used oak barrels with extended lees ageing, the wine combines the texture and depth of fine Burgundy with the tension, salinity and mineral precision that make Jura whites so compelling.
The nose shows white peach, lemon zest, yellow apple and subtle buttery oak, while the palate is layered and energetic with ripe orchard fruit, chalky minerality and a saline, mouthwatering finish. Richly textured yet beautifully fresh, it delivers remarkable balance, precision and ageing potential.
