The 2023 Camille Giroud Mercurey is a lively Pinot Noir from Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, showing red cherry, raspberry and cranberry aromas alongside subtle floral, spice and earthy notes.
On the palate, it is fresh and medium-bodied, with bright acidity, fine tannins and juicy red fruit balanced by gentle spice and savoury minerality. The finish is clean, dry and nicely persistent.
Ben’s Recommendation:
At Wine More Cellars, this is a great introduction to Camille Giroud’s Pinot Noir style, offering freshness and classic Burgundian character. Best enjoyed from 2026–2032. Pair with roast chicken, duck, pork, grilled lamb or mushroom dishes.
