The 2023 Benjamin Leroux Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne is an exceptional Chardonnay from the legendary Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru vineyard in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. Sourced from the Les Languettes parcel on the Aloxe-Corton side of the hill, this tiny one-barrel production reflects Benjamin Leroux's meticulous approach to Grand Cru Burgundy. The nose is refined and complex, revealing aromas of white peach, citrus zest and crisp apple, layered with white flowers, flint and chalky minerality.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with vibrant acidity, remarkable concentration and a beautifully textured mouthfeel.
