The 2021 Famille Paquet Mâcon-Davayé Les Prés Cousins is a 100% Chardonnay from Burgundy’s Mâconnais. It shows white peach, pear and citrus with honeysuckle, subtle dried honey and wet-stone notes, combining ripe fruit with the freshness and mineral character of Mâcon-Davayé.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and lively, with peach, pear and citrus supported by bright acidity and fine minerality. The wine is matured entirely in tank for 6–7 months, preserving Chardonnay’s fresh fruit and avoiding overt oak influence.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for those who enjoy fresh white Burgundy with ripe orchard fruit and mineral definition. Drinking well now with potential through around 2030. Ideal with grilled fish, roast chicken, seafood pasta, soft cheeses or mushroom dishes.
