The 2021 Domaine Goisot Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Gueules de Loup Blanc is a striking Chardonnay from the Côtes d'Auxerre in northern Burgundy, sourced from the single Gueules de Loup vineyard. Certified biodynamic, the wine comes from 40-year-old vines planted on Portlandian limestone soils with a prized south-east exposure.
