The 2020 Bruno Colin Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru La Truffière is an exceptional Chardonnay from one of Puligny-Montrachet’s distinctive high-slope Premier Cru vineyards in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Bruno Colin farms nearly half a hectare in La Truffière, situated high on the slope toward Blagny, where the terroir produces wines known for their elegance, mineral tension and precision. The excellent 2020 vintage opens with aromas of lemon peel, green apple and pear, layered with acacia blossom, subtle smoke and crushed-stone minerality.
