This 1er Cru from Domaine Duplessis comes from their oldest vines in the highest part of Montee de Tonnerre, being more than 80 years old.
It's full of energy, brightness and precision - bouncing out of the glass with gorgeous aromatics, filled with white blossoms, citrus, wet stone and a chalky texture. Beautifully ripe and fleshy fruit, it makes for a very stylish and stellar example of Premier Cru Chablis.
Enjoyable now, but can keep for a while in the cellar too.
