The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières ler Cru comes from a single parcel in the middle of the vineyard next to Jean-Michel Chartron. It has an elegant bouquet of orange blossom, nectarine and light praline aromas that blossom in the glass. The palate is fresh and quite saline on the entry, offering notes of orange peel and tangerine and delivering modest weight in the mouth and good length. It just needs a little more mineral tension on the finish.
