The 2016 Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling is a mature Eden Valley Riesling from old vines grown on the vineyard’s coolest slope. The nose shows lemon and white flowers with toast, lemongrass and clove from extended bottle age.
On the palate, it is concentrated and fresh with lime, toasted brioche and lime marmalade, supported by refreshing natural acidity. Extended bottle ageing brings richness and complexity while retaining impressive citrus freshness.
