71% Sauvignon Blanc and 29% Semillon at a modest 12.3% abv in 2021. The nose is rich and musky with gun smoke, clementines, wax and sweet spices. The palate is zippy with a line of steely acidity lifting riper mandarin fruit tones into citrus blossom.
