A block and barrel selection from out two finest Cabernet parcels from our Greenock vineyard. Hand selected barrels are chosen for their structural properties but the aromatics are finer and more detailed. Soaring notes of crème de cassis, paprika, fine cut cigar, graphite, and cinnamon/nutmeg spice. The tannin structure is very tight and very fine, drawing very long across the palate to a subtle, detailed and aristocratic finish.
