2021 Domaine Pavelot Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru Dominodes

The 2021 Savigny-les-Beaune La Dominode 1er Cru has another complex bouquet from Pavelot, predominantly red fruit infused with damp earth, iodine and pressed iris flower aromas. The palate is medium- bodied with firm but quite chiselled, almost chalky tannins, certainly very saline with a focused, peppery finish that leaves the mouth tingling for 60 seconds afterwards.
