Sourced from the foothills of the Victorian Alps, the wine reflects Beechworth’s cool-climate character, balancing dark fruit intensity with freshness, structure and savoury complexity.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with fine tannins and balanced acidity, delivering flavours of blackcurrant, dark plum, cherry and blueberry layered with cedar, dried herbs, chocolate and subtle earthy spice. The Merlot adds softness and texture, while Petit Verdot contributes depth and structure. The finish is long and polished with restrained oak and lingering savoury detail.
