The 2025 Havilah Rosé is a bright, dry Tasmanian rosé made entirely from Pinot Noir, sourced from vineyards in the Tamar Valley and Tasmania’s East Coast. Crafted by Ricky Evans under the Havilah label, the wine is direct-pressed and matured on fine lees, producing a fresh, finely textured rosé that captures the purity and energy of cool-climate Tasmania.
The nose shows watermelon, strawberry, red berries and delicate floral notes. Crisp and refreshing, the palate combines vibrant red fruit with bright acidity, subtle texture and a clean, dry finish. Erin Larkin awarded the wine 91 points, praising its freshness, balance and effortless drinkability.
