Very pale salmon-pink hue. Strawberry, clotted cream and short pastry aromas. Red apple and raspberry fruit fill the palate, with hints of cinnamon and vanilla flower adding lift and character. The texture is creamy and appealing, but there is enough acidity to keep it light on its feet and deliver ample length. - 93 points, Stuart Knox
