2021 Simon Colin Chassagne-Montrachet

A discreet application of wood can be found on the cooler and more restrained aromas of citrus rind, apple and a floral top note. The racier and more refined but not denser medium-bodied flavors exude evident minerality on the beautifully textured, lengthy and balanced finish. This chiseled effort is sufficiently tightly wound to reward up to a decade of keeping.
