2021 Simon Colin Bourgogne Blanc

The 2021 Bourgogne Chardonnay is aged in 20% new oak. It has quite an effervescent bouquet, Mirabelle and orange zest fleetingly appearing with aeration. The palate is well balanced with lime cordial and orange pith, a touch of lemongrass towards the finish. Fine length and very precise. Impressive.
