2021 Matrot Chardonnay

Produced by the famed Domaine Matrot in Burgundy, this wine is crafted from organic vineyards utilizing Vegan-friendly winemaking techniques. The wine has all the flavor profiles of a great $50+ Meursault, just with fruit from outside the region. Flavors of crisp apples, lemon curd and a creamy butterscotch note make this a perfect wine for French cheeses, shellfish or a classic roasted chicken.
