The 2022 Tommasi Valpolicella Ripasso is a classic expression from Veneto, crafted from Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone using the traditional Ripasso method - where the wine undergoes a second fermentation on Amarone grape skins, adding depth, body and complexity.
The nose is rich and expressive, showing ripe cherry, plum and blackberry, layered with spice, black pepper and subtle notes of tobacco and cocoa. There is a warm, inviting aromatic profile, combining fruit sweetness with savoury undertones.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a smooth, rounded texture and soft, integrated tannins.
