The Stanton & Killeen White Fortified NV is a fresh and vibrant fortified wine from one of Rutherglen’s oldest family wineries. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Muscadelle, it offers a lighter, more contemporary style than traditional Australian fortifieds while retaining the richness and complexity for which the region is renowned. Matured in seasoned oak before blending, it delivers an elegant balance of fruit, sweetness and freshness.
The nose reveals aromas of peach, apricot and citrus blossom alongside hints of honey, vanilla and toasted nuts. The palate is smooth and luscious, with ripe stone fruit, orange marmalade and butterscotch flavours balanced by refreshing acidity and beautifully integrated spirit. Rich yet lively, it finishes long and clean with notes of honey, spice and gentle oak.

A wonderfully approachable fortified that is equally suited as an aperitif or dessert wine. Serve lightly chilled on its own, over ice with a twist of citrus, or pair with fruit tarts, crème brûlée, blue cheese or roasted almonds. Drinking beautifully now, it will remain in excellent condition for months after opening when stored in a cool place.
