AROMA: Herbaceous, river stones, light smoked hardwood (think camp fire), pecan shells, freshly-cut grass and slightly under-ripe pineapple.
TASTE: A gripping drop with intense flavours. Pineapple, roses and freshly-cut grass with lingering minerality, some notes of caramel, lemon seed, concord grapes and white pepper follow.
