The 2022er Juffer Riesling Kabinett, as it is referred to on the consumer label, was made from fruit picked at moderate Oechsle degrees and was fermented down to fruity-styled levels of residual sugar. It offers a subtly ample nose made of vineyard peach, mango, earthy spices, whipped cream, slate, and residual scents from its spontaneous fermentation. The wine is beautifully light-weighted and packed with whipped cream on the palate and leaves a subtly juicy and fruity feel in the long finish. The aftertaste is all about subtlety and elegance.
