The Solessence Brut NV delivers lovely aromatic complexity in its blend of apple, pear, meunier floral tones, brioche, chalky minerality, almond and a gently smoky top note. On the palate the wine is crisp, full-bodied and complex, with a fine core, pinpoint bubbles, fine focus and grip and a long, well-balanced and still youthful finish.
