This comes from the Chablis side of the hill and sits high on the slope. There's ample sunshine and lots of old vines that contribute to this wine's concentrated, multi-dimensional palate. This offers a massive jolt of upfront fruit that gets slimmed down by the bracing acidity and tense energy. Tangelos, Rainier cherries and ample baking spice amp up the palate.
