Produced entirely from Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the Le Mont-Aigu parcel in Chouilly, the wine reflects Aurélien Suenen’s restrained low-intervention philosophy, highlighting purity, chalky freshness and vineyard transparency. The nose reveals preserved lemon, green apple and white peach layered alongside white flowers, brioche and subtle crushed chalk notes, giving the wine remarkable lift and precision.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with exceptionally fine mousse, vibrant natural acidity and a tightly focused mineral core. Layers of citrus peel, orchard fruit and delicate lees complexity are balanced by saline freshness and chalky tension, finishing long, dry and beautifully persistent with outstanding finesse and ageing potential.
