The 2016 vintage in Saint-Estephe benefited from an early bud break and a wet spring, followed by ideal flowering conditions. A hot, dry summer gradually introduced water stress, concentrating the berries, while a favourable autumn with light rainfall ensured balanced ripening and excellent tannin maturity. The result is a structured and refined Left Bank Bordeaux showing precision and depth. Expect concentrated dark fruit, cassis and plum layered with graphite, cedar and subtle earthy complexity. The tannins are firm yet polished, supported by fresh acidity and a long, balanced finish.
