Jean Baptiste Souillard makes his Saint Joseph 2019 from Syrah produced on the terroir of the North Rhône valley. The soils are granite. This red wine is aged in old barrels. The fresh mouth reveals aromas of blackberries and raspberries. The tannins are supple and silky. The finish is pleasant and persistent.
