The 2019 Chateau Saint-Georges is the estate’s premier label from the Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion appellation on Bordeaux’s Right Bank. The vintage delivers richness, ripe fruit concentration and polished structure.
This blend is composed of:
- 80% Merlot
- 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
- 10% Cabernet Franc
The wine is matured for 15–18 months in French oak barrels, with 50% new oak renewed annually. This ageing regime enhances depth, texture and aromatic complexity while preserving fruit purity.
Expect ripe black cherry, plum and blackberry layered with subtle vanilla, cedar and spice. The palate is round and supple, with silky tannins, balanced acidity and a long, refined finish typical of high-quality Saint-Emilion wines.
