The 2025 Deep Woods Single Vineyard Chardonnay is a coastal Margaret River Chardonnay sourced from a vineyard in Wilyabrup. The nose is precise and mineral-driven, showing lemon zest, grapefruit and white florals with sea-spray, crushed shell and chalky notes, complemented by subtle toasted cashew and fennel.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and finely textured with bright acidity, stone fruit and citrus supported by a pronounced saline mineral line. Barrel fermentation and around 10 months of lees maturation add savoury depth and texture, leading to a long, fresh and focused finish.
