The 2025 Dormilona Chenin Blanc is a vibrant, organically farmed Chenin Blanc from Jo Perry’s Dormilona label, sourced from old vines in Yallingup and made with minimal intervention. Fermented naturally with time on lees, the wine balances Margaret River generosity with freshness, texture and bright acidity. The nose shows lemon zest, green apple and pear alongside chamomile, white flowers and subtle honeyed notes. There’s a lightly saline, savoury edge that gives the wine freshness and complexity.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with juicy citrus fruit, soft texture and refreshing natural acidity. Fresh, lively and highly drinkable, with a dry mineral finish and gentle lees character adding depth without heaviness.

A beautifully relaxed modern Chenin Blanc — bright, textural and dangerously easy to drink. More generous and coastal in style than Loire Valley Chenin, while still retaining freshness and versatility. Excellent with seafood, roast chicken, spicy dishes or sunny afternoon drinking. Best enjoyed young and well chilled.
