Whole bunch pressed and matured in French oak puncheons, the wine reflects Seville Estate’s refined cool-climate style, balancing citrus precision, layered texture and mineral drive with impressive depth and ageing potential.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a concentrated, textured mouthfeel, delivering flavours of white peach, grapefruit and preserved lemon layered with roasted cashew, nougat, subtle vanilla pod and flinty mineral notes. The oak remains restrained and integrated, supporting the fruit while adding savoury complexity and length. The finish is long, tightly structured and finely balanced with excellent freshness and persistence.
