The 2023 Bindi Kostas Rind Chardonnay is a refined and mineral-driven Chardonnay from Bindi’s estate vineyard in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. Sourced from a 1.5-hectare plot of Chardonnay planted in 1988, the wine is naturally fermented in French oak and matured on lees, with only a small amount of malolactic fermentation. The 2023 shows vibrant aromas of lemon and grapefruit, layered with white flowers, stone fruit, almond meal and subtle savoury complexity.
