The 2020 Bindi Darshan Pinot Noir is a beautifully perfumed and exceptionally rare single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Bindi in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. The Darshan vineyard was planted in 2014 in tribute to Bindi founder Bill Darshan Singh Dhillon, with extraordinarily close plantings of 11,300 and up to 22,600 vines per hectare. The low-yielding 2020 season produced fewer than 1,000 bottles from approximately 4,750 vines, making this an extremely limited release.
