The 2025 Montevecchio Moscato Frizzante is a lightly sparkling white from Chalmers’ Heathcote vineyard, made from 100% Moscato Giallo. Highly aromatic, it shows fresh grape, lemon drop and frangipani with hints of ginger and fragrant florals. The fruit is grown on Heathcote’s red Cambrian soils at around 150–170 metres elevation.
On the palate, it is light, sweet and gently spritzy, with bright citrus and grapey fruit balanced by crisp, cleansing acidity. Wild fermentation on solids in stainless steel preserves its aromatic character, while the light frizzante texture keeps the finish fresh and lively.

At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for Moscato drinkers who enjoy fragrant, lightly sparkling wines with balanced sweetness and fresh acidity. Best served well chilled and enjoyed young. Pair with fresh fruit, lighter desserts, soft cheeses or gently spiced Asian dishes.
