The 2022 Heathcote Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz Half Bottle (375ml) is a powerful yet refined Shiraz from the estate’s Drummonds Lane vineyard in Heathcote, Victoria. Grown on the region’s ancient Cambrian soils of deep red clay, stone and quartz, the 2022 vintage was also the estate’s first wine to be certified 100% organic following four years of transition. The wine opens with lifted red and black fruits, layered with floral notes, tar, gunflint, pepper and distinctive earthy mineral characters.
