The 2025 Domenica Roussanne Marsanne is an estate-grown Beechworth white made from equal parts Roussanne and Marsanne, planted in 1996 on granite soils at around 450 metres elevation. The nose shows nashi pear, melon and jasmine with honey, chamomile and subtle fennel notes, giving the wine a distinctive Rhône-inspired character.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied and textured with ripe pear and melon balanced by youthful acidity and a firm stony mineral line. The fruit is organically grown, hand-picked together as a field blend and naturally fermented, producing a savoury, gently nutty finish with citrus freshness and excellent length.

At Wine More Cellars, this is a great choice for drinkers who enjoy textured, savoury whites with floral aromatics and mineral structure. It is expressive now but has the acidity and concentration to develop further in bottle. Pair with Moroccan-spiced chicken, roast pork, grilled seafood, creamy vegetable dishes or grilled peaches with burrata.
