2021 Domenica Beechworth Chardonnay

A discreet style of Chardonnay here, with everything set to sotto voce. A minor amount of matchstick, ripe grapefruit and white peach, a little nutty, a light application of spicy ginger oak. Subtle chalky texture, a little spice and citrus, but again somewhat nutty and saline, with a zesty finish of good length. All very nice.
