A best fruit and best barrel selection from the Piccadilly Valley pinot program. Wild fermentation, averaging 40% whole bunches and heading up to 60% new oak in a mix of larger oak vessels. Fragrant and lifted to begin, crimson fruits and foresty, sappy underlines, elegant flow across the palate with a delicate earthy, woody spice. Nothing extravagant, nothing out of place either.
