The 2019 Recaredo Corpinnat Terrers Brut Nature is a beautifully precise and mineral-driven sparkling wine from one of Spain’s greatest traditional-method producers. Crafted biodynamically from Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada grown in limestone soils around Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the wine is aged extensively on lees and bottled with no dosage, allowing the purity and terroir of Corpinnat to shine through. The nose reveals lemon zest, green apple and white peach layered alongside toasted almond, brioche and subtle chalky minerality, giving the wine impressive depth and finesse.
