The 2019 Recaredo Corpinnat Subtil Brut Nature is a beautifully refined and mineral-driven sparkling wine from one of Spain’s benchmark traditional-method estates. Produced biodynamically from old-vine Xarel·lo grown in limestone-rich vineyards around Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the wine is aged extensively on lees and bottled with no dosage, allowing site expression and texture to take centre stage. The nose reveals preserved lemon, green apple and white peach layered alongside toasted almond, brioche and subtle smoky minerality, giving the wine remarkable depth and precision.
On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied with exceptionally fine mousse, vibrant natural acidity and a long saline finish.
