On the palate, it is concentrated yet refined, with ripe red berry fruit supported by vibrant acidity and fine, polished tannins. Partial whole-bunch fermentation adds aromatic lift and gentle herbal complexity, while maturation in French oak provides structure and subtle spice. The texture is silky and focused, leading to a long, dry and persistent finish.
