The 2025 Giant Steps Primavera Vineyard Pinot Noir is a beautifully perfumed single-vineyard wine from Woori Yallock in the Upper Yarra Valley. Grown on elevated slopes of red clay loam, it offers expressive aromas of damson plum, dark raspberry and red cherry, complemented by crushed violets, star anise, peppercorn and subtle earthy spice.
On the palate, the 2025 is more concentrated and brooding than Primavera’s typically delicate style. Succulent red and dark fruit is balanced by bright acidity, velvety texture and persistent, finely shaped tannins. Floral notes, savoury spice and mineral freshness carry through an impressively long, poised finish.

At Wine More Cellars, this is an excellent choice for those who appreciate perfumed Pinot Noir with both seductive fruit and serious structure. Drink from 2027 or cellar through the late 2030s.
