The nose is intensely aromatic, revealing baked apple, quince paste, rosewater, bergamot tea and candied citrus, layered with hints of honey, ginger and mineral freshness. On the palate, it is luscious yet remarkably balanced, with around 139g/L of residual sugar lifted by laser-like acidity. Flavours of green apple, lime, orange marmalade, candied quince and honeysuckle flow into a long, clean finish with subtle phenolic grip, ensuring the wine remains vibrant rather than cloying.
