The 2023 Greywacke Riesling is a vibrant Marlborough Riesling from New Zealand, crafted by renowned winemaker Kevin Judd. Sourced from an organically certified vineyard in Fairhall, the fruit was hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in old French oak with indigenous yeasts.
