On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied, with crisp acidity bringing freshness and definition to orchard fruit and grapefruit flavours. The Chenin is fermented without oak and matured for six months on fine lees, adding gentle texture and persistence while preserving its bright fruit and mineral character. The finish is clean, fresh and finely focused.
