Made from 66/34% marsanne/roussanne from vines planted 1973–1985. Fermented in tank and matured in old oak for 10 months. A deepish gold with green tinges. Honeyed with apricot skins, melon and fig fruit along with a little orange blossom and jasmine. There's a lot going on here! Really mouth-filling and textured, but equally importantly, this quite delicious wine finishes refreshing and long.
