2021 Stargazer Tasmania Chardonnay

There is the trademark Tasmanian stone fruit character on the nose, this year more in the lifted white peach spectrum with some pink grapefruit and lemon barley water notes in secondary roles. Complex and textured on the palate, some shortbread mealiness from lees contact is supported by bright acidity providing liveliness and drive through to the back palate.
