The 2024 Pressing Matters R139 Riesling Half Bottle (375ml) is a luscious and beautifully balanced dessert Riesling from the Coal River Valley in Tasmania. The "R139" refers to approximately 139 grams per litre of residual sugar, placing it at the richest end of the Pressing Matters Riesling range. The fruit is cane-cut and left to shrivel on the vine, naturally concentrating both flavour and sugar before selective hand harvesting. Aromas of baked apple, quince paste and citrus are layered with rosewater, bergamot tea, honeysuckle and delicate honeyed notes.
