Residual fermentation and cider-like aromas dominate the nose at present. Otherwise there is more size, weight and concentration to the powerful and robust flavors that culminate in an ever-so-slightly warm finish that flirts with rusticity. This mouth coating effort is firm and serious and will need at least some patience.
