The 2025 Elderton Estate GSM is a vibrant and expressive red blend from the Barossa, built around estate-grown fruit from Elderton’s Greenock Vineyard with a small portion of Grenache from Mengler Hill. The blend comprises 46% Grenache, 27% Shiraz, 26% Mataro and 1% Carignan, with some vines more than 50 years old. Aromas of juicy red berries, cherry and plum are layered with floral notes, spice, musk and subtle earthy complexity.
